All orders are shipped via USPS. Local pick-up option is available.
We will gladly accept any new products that are returned within 3 days of receipt of purchase. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Natural and naturally based skin care products may become thinner, thicker or separate with extreme temperatures. This is out of Sanaa Melanin Body Care LLC's control, and therefore may not be replaced, returned or refunded.
Return Process
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Parcels without a RA# will be refused. Please follow these steps to insure a prompt replacement, refund or credit.

You will be sent a Return Authorization (RA) Form. Once completed, return the form via email and an RA# will be sent to you via email.
All return packages must include your name, address, order number and reason for return. Be sure to include the RA# on the outside of the package.
Use a strong carton and return package via USPS. Be sure to pack your product carefully.
